Our Community Transformations DTS ended on a strong note. We commissioned out 35 students and 15 staff as missionaries sending some to school, some to work, some into missions training, and others into YWAM schools.
This school was so much about not letting God be defined by our boxes. We collectively desired that Jesus would take the highest place in our lives, and that He would make us uncomfortable. And what an incredible couple of months we had! Students went deeper with Jesus, learned how to share their hope in Him with others, walk out their faith, and that simple obedience to Him brings real impact and joy.
We sent out 5 missions teams to our regular missions contacts - the Middle East, Asia, Fiji, Nepal, and NYC. 50 SD cards of the Bible in the native languages were given out, over 500 Bibles were distributed, almost 100 recorded salvations, and countless healings.
God is moving in our world!
This summer, I will unpack a story or testimony a week of our outreaches and God’s work through YWAM Kona.
Tune back in June!
